I worked with Brian Burke in spring of 2024 as my wife and I looked to find our first home together. My wife and I are both physicians and work remotely, so working with us poses unique challenges for scheduling. In addition, we were looking for a full-time agent who would prioritize our needs. Brian was very knowledgeable of the areas and recommended suburbs that would fit our needs and price range. He was excellent, thorough, and had a keen eye to point out any defects we saw in both new construction and older homes. Most importantly for my wife and I, Brian was flexible with his work hours and easily accessible. He often video-called homes to us or recorded videos to give us an idea of what a home was like if we could not see it together in person that day. Even after our closing, Brian took time from his day to help me mount our televisions in our new home! Only an excellent, caring agent would do such a thing. I would recommend working with him to anyone!
Brian was extremely responsive to my needs! Anytime I had a question or needed clarification, he always took the time to explain things thoroughly and never made me feel like a bother. Brian has a way of keeping the energy calm in an otherwise, at times, stressful process. I couldn’t have asked for a more patient, hard-working and thorough realtor. Brian did a really good job for my wife and me when we sold our home and purchased a new one. As Brian predicted our house sold very quickly. The purchase portion of our transition was not nearly as easy as the sale however, Brian was always there working with us to find the right house and kept us going through our disappointments and struggles to find the right house. There were times when I was ready to quit the search, but Brian always said, “be patient, you’ll find the right house”. Brian was correct, and 3 months after we started looking, we found the correct house for us. We are completely happy with Brian. I think he probably had frustrations with us due to the problems we found with possible purchases, but he always worked with and supported us during the purchase process. If you have Brian for you realtor, you’ll have a great experience.

I don’t do reviews, but Brian Burke is no joke!!! He sold my home in South Windsor, CT in days for 1.1 million, then found me a great condo in town. Preparing to downsize after 22 years is overwhelming, and a mini-makeover was needed before the sale. From the painter to the new appliance installation, he has the connections that actually show up when they say they will. So when it came to my dad’s estate, he was the one I trusted. However, on closing day there was an estate issue and we almost lost the buyer. Oh no worries Brian took care of everything and we closed as planned. If you want an amazing realtor you can actually trust, Brian Burke is definitely that guy.
Brian and his team were instrumental in selling my condo quickly and effectively. As the first-time seller, I had many quesitons about the process and Brian has made it easy. He was responsive, carefully answering all the questions I had, and never hesitated to jump on the call or share tips on the process. His team did a fantastic job with photos and video on top of being available to shoot a day after the major snowstorm.
